David Kearns Central RSS 2.0
# Tuesday, March 13, 2007

I ran the technical side of this small web development firm. Overseeing development, creative, and network resources. During the years I've worked here I have progressed from Senior Developer, to Solutions Architect, through CTO and lastly CSA.

[ David Kearns: Senior Developer or Technical Executive ]

That quote from my resume sums up so much in such a tiny space, but what will be will be.

Feel free to share my resume with those that have opportunities that I'd enjoy and fit my skills.

I have no idea where you would potentially fit in at my place, because I work at the coding grunt level and not the strategic level, but touch base with me over IM tomorrow and I'll put you in touch with our recruiter.

We may be hiring both Senior Developers and Technical Executives.

At worst, it might not be a match, and you're no worse off. At best, you have a new job at a bigger company with a ton of growth potential (if a bit chaotic at times).

I never thought the day would come when Kearns could join us at our next gathering of ex-Doceans, but it has. Alas, you don't drink or enjoy hanging around people drinking anyway...

Sent your cv to a friend. Hopefully she can help.

I'm kinda jealous I've never been invited to the ex-Doceans get-togethers. Ouch.

Hrm...I wonder if there will be a ex-docean-two-timer table at the next gathering. Mmmm...I can taste the Irish car-bombs now.

OK. We could just hit somewhere like Bottom Line, or if Nate is coming down (metro?) we could meet at Dupont or something.

Sorry for the untimely demise of the organization. In such an environment of collaboration, trust, and personal accountability, I'm sure no one saw this coming under such visionary management.

Sorry to hear that, and Great luck with the Job Hunt. With ur talent, you really just have to decide how long you want to take off.
