My English may be a bit rusty but I believe it's a roasted Peking "dirty hippy" duck. I want to know what braised gluten tidbits are.

I once had one of the vegetable ducks that go into making this fine food. It was a pet of mine and I must say, it was really quite boring when it came to being a good pet. I would often sit it next to my other pet vegetables to play. The broccoli bear typically wound up getting into a fight with the duck and I ended up playing pet therapist for the rest of the afternoon, trying to get them to play nice with each other. If there is one thing I learned as a child, it is that pet vegetable animals have got to be the most difficult thing to discipline, next to everything else in the world.

Nah. I'm not vegetarian. Duck? Yuck. No, thanks :o. My grandmother usually make duck BBQ 'ala Bugis during Eid-ul Fitr (Idul Fitri). Everyone loooooves it, but not me... I just don't like duck :). But definetely, I'm no vegetarian ;)
