The CursorXP package was written by the [url=http://www.stardock.com/]WindowBlinds{/url] folks, but unfortunatly isn't included in Object Desktop so I'm just running in "shareware" mode.

The screen cap is straight off of [url=http://www.wincustomize.com/]WinCustomize[/url].
